2010 - Massachusetts saltwater anglers must
register for free with the Federal Government

Once you have entered your name and
address you can actually print out a copy of
your registration card if you wish, you will
receive an official card in the mail within a
week or two.

2011 - MA saltwater anglers must buy a
permit from MA. DMF
