MSBA Meeting Recap
Submitted by Jim Dow
May 27, 2009

The 703rd meeting of the MSBA was held tonight to a packed house.
A special Thank You has to go out to Zeno Hromin for coming up from New York to speak for our
membership. He was very entertaining as well as extremely open and informative about his fishing
spots, techniques and equipment.

His manner of speaking, motions and gestures just added to the entertainment value of the night.
Many laughs were had by all in attendance.

If you missed the meeting, make whatever arrangements you need to in order to see him speak the next
time you have the chance.

Check out Zeno's website to learn more about him and to see his seminar schedule

Bob Pizzi also set up a Striper Swipers event for the evening. Bob had several ideas for
entertainment for the kids, some required a little more time and preparation than was available.
In the end, Bob Baranek and George Costello gave fly tying lessons to the kids in the front hall.
All of the kids looked very interested and all did a wonderful job tying their own flies. GREAT JOB!!!
