Meet at 6:30 am (don't complain because next month we will be meeting at 5:30am)

Meet at Dunkin Donuts Rest Area
Exit 6 off Route 6, Hyannis, Cape Cod

Why:

Tuning up for the Striped Bass season is a New England Fishing Tradition
|
Required:
|
- All anglers must have a MA Freshwater Fishing License
- All anglers must have a valid 2008 MSBA Membership Card
- All anglers must have the ability to laugh and have fun while being quiet
|
Suggested:
|
- Freshwater Rods & Reel Combos , the lighter the better, 4-6lb test outfits are average
- Earthworms, Meal Worms, and Trout Drugs (Powerbait etc) are all good baits.
- Small Shiners are best for a shot at Salmon or Brown Trout.
- In line spinners like Mepps, Rooster Tails from 1/8 oz to 5/8 oz
- Small spoons like Phoebe or rough Riders from 1/8 oz to 5/8 oz
- Waders or hip boots are a plus by not required.
- Warm clothing and a hovel of coffee contribute to a better time.
