| TO THE MSBA E-BOARD AND MSBA MEMBERSHIP By The MSBA Board of Directors The BOD had a meeting at my home and has resolved the show issues as follows and is offering this recommendation to the E-board and MSBA Membership. Several weeks ago we were given a proposal for Gillette Stadium regarding a return show to that facility. The BOD has unanimously rejected this proposal and we are not in favor of returning to Gillette do to the huge costs incurred for this venue. We have been given a new proposal from the Show Committee for Stonehill College as a new venue for the show. After the BOD reviewed the proposal we have come to a unanimous decision once again. We are in total agreement and recommend that the club does have a show. We have gone over the total budget for the show. We have made some recommendations to the show committee as far as motions to made to the membership regarding expenses and have had those motions rewritten to reflect our $1000 spending maximum as far as having the BOD notified of any such cost adjustments approval before proceeding. The BOD feels that this show is much more goal attainable as far as income for the club and recommend to the E-board and MSBA Membership that we move forward and have a show at Stonehill College. Any Budgets for the show, IE line Items specifically will only be discussed at the May E-board meeting, after that if any member wishes to see the Budget they will be advised to come and see one of the following individuals as they will be the only ones to have copies of the budget for the show. These individuals are as follows: MSBA President Chris Lincoln MSBA Vice Pres. Lenny Harkins MSBA Treasurer Bill Prodouz MSBA Secretary Wendy Bowles BOD Chairman, Julianne Silvis and the Show Committee.
