MSBA Striper Cup Team Sign Up

The year long Striper Cup Tournament begins May 5th and ends Sept 21st.
The cost to join is $35, but club members get a $5 discount as well as On the Water subscribers.
Once again MSBA has registered as a team and encourages signing up as a club member
which entitles you to a $5 discount. There are great prizes for you an individual as well as
showing MSBA pride by being a part of the team.
MSBA will be creating a members incentive plan for just our members which will be developed
depending on how many members actually sign up under the MSBA name.
You must sign up under either the Boat or Shore Division.
Remember, MSBA has passed a motion to only weigh in fish of 30 pounds or more as fish under this
weight are clearly not going to help the team or any individual in the long term for winning any prizes.
Last year I kept hearing some of our Charter Boat Captain and high line members talk about all the
40 pound fish they allegedly were catching but only Ted Abbadessa, Pete Kelly and a few others put
the weight on the scale. Let's see some MSBA pride and weigh in a few more so the fishing world
knows MSBA has some heavy hitters to be reckoned with.
